Terms of Service

By using Momevera you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.

What the service does

Momevera downloads or accepts a video you provide, transcribes it, picks moments it scores as clippable, and renders vertical clips with burned-in captions. Scoring is a heuristic over measurable signal — loudness, motion, shot changes, speech density and word matches. It is not a guarantee that any clip will perform well.

Your content, and your right to it

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything we render from it. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, send them to the processors named in our Privacy page, and serve the results back to you.

You are responsible for having the right to use the video you submit. Clipping a stream, VOD or upload you do not own may infringe someone's copyright or breach the source platform's terms. We do not check this and we do not grant you any rights in third-party content. Accounts used to process content you have no right to may be suspended.

Credits and payment

• Rendering is priced in credits, charged by the length of the source video. The exact cost is settled against the video's real measured duration.
• If a render fails and produces no downloadable clip, the credits for it are returned automatically. If a render produces clips, it is not refundable.
• No refunds on deletion. Deleting a processed project does not refund or return the spent credits to your account balance. The render has already been performed.
• Plan credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from the Account page.

How long files are kept

Your finished clips are kept for as long as your account exists. We do not delete what you paid for.

Working files are not kept indefinitely. After 60 days we delete the uncaptioned master copy we hold to make editing fast, and any source file you uploaded. Nothing you can download disappears — but after 60 days, re-rendering a clip has to fetch its footage from the original source again, which is slower, and a project built from an upload can no longer be re-rendered at all unless you upload the file again.

Download anything you want to keep off-platform, and keep your own copy of source files.

Acceptable use

Do not use Momevera to:

• process content you have no right to use;
• produce material that is illegal, or that sexualises or targets a minor;
• impersonate a real person, or fabricate something presented as a genuine recording;
• harass a specific person, or build content whose purpose is to harm them;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or work around credit limits.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Rendering runs on hardware that can be unavailable; when it is, projects queue and any credits taken for work that never ran are returned. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Momevera is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost views or lost opportunity arising from clips it produced or failed to produce. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Unused plan credits are not refundable on termination.
