What counts as a video?
Any single YouTube link, Twitch, Kick or Vimeo VOD, or uploaded file. Usage is counted against the length of the source video — a 3-hour VOD uses 180 credits no matter how many clips it produces.
Can I clip only part of a long VOD?
Yes — drag a processing timeframe over the part you care about and that is all you are charged for. A 3-hour VOD where only the last 40 minutes matter costs 40 credits, not 180. The shortest window is 1 minute.
What are the fair-use limits?
Credits reset on your billing date and don't roll over. If you run out mid-month you can top up or upgrade — we never silently bill overages. Sources up to 12 hours per video are supported.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click from Account → Billing, no chat with support required. You keep full access until the end of your paid period, and cancelling never deletes a clip you have already made. The retention sweep only ever removes working files — the caption-free master kept to make re-editing fast, and any source you uploaded — and a re-render still works without them by re-fetching that window from the source.
Will you charge me without warning?
No. We email you before every renewal — the amount, the date, and a link to cancel — a few days before the card is charged. Cancelling before then keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What's the refund policy?
7-day no-questions refund on your first purchase of any plan, including Lifetime. After that, refunds are handled case by case — email billing@momevera.com.
Do credit top-ups expire?
No. Purchased credit packs never expire and sit behind your monthly allowance — we always spend the plan credits first, then the pack. Top-ups require a paid plan, and a subscription always beats a pack on price per credit.
What export quality do I get?
The trial exports 720p. Creator monthly goes to 1080p, and Creator yearly / Lifetime go up to 4K — but quality is always capped by the source. A 1080p VOD cannot become 4K, and we never upscale past what the source actually contains (so no fake 8K).
Do exported clips have a watermark?
No — not on any plan, including the free one. Exports are clean by default everywhere; the free tier is limited by credits and by its 720p ceiling, not by branding on your clips. If you actually want the badge, there is a toggle for it in Account.
